The driver in the USB flash drive cannot be installed. Please download the software:http://bit.ly/37nGKn0
(2) Host issues
Install the driver, link the engraving machine, and test left and right. If it can move and have a blue laser, the host is intact. If it is broken, please contact us directly.
(3) Problems with engraving materials Engraving different materials, please adjust the laser head first. Glass, metal, etc. cannot be carved, if your product is white, sculpt after painting.
