General Terms

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Exit 15 has no obligation to process orders in the cases where typographical errors occurred, we reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors without assigning any reasons. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy of information listed, but ultimately, Exit 15 is not responsible for any errors contained on product pages or elsewhere on our website.

Payment Policy

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and & Visa. There will be NO surcharge for the use of credit card. Your card will be billed once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing.

When using your credit card be sure to provide the exact billing address and phone number your credit card company has on file for that card. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

For orders paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and Exit 15 cannot reserve or guaranty continued availability.

Warranty & Return Policy

• Returns of merchandise for refund or replacement is subject to manufacturer and/or cost restrictions unless otherwise stated on the product description page.
• Most light and low cost items (less than $50) have a 30 day return window, unless otherwise prescribed by the manufacturer (items that cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations)  
• All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by Exit 15 or the product manufacturer.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
• Exit 15 will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
• Returned products must be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
• Custom made products, personal hygenic product and products that used to combat infestations cannot be returnd and will not be refunded.
• Unless otherwise stated returns are subject to 15% handling and restocking fee.
• RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Products send back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Any damages or missing items to the original package will result in additional charges deducted from your refund.
• Usually credit is issued within 15 days of return of the product.
• Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches Exit 15 warehouse based on the price of product on the date the return item reaches our warehouse. Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 10 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product. Exit 15 will have no liability after 10 days for the date of purchase.

• Compass Health Brands has a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost. Returns must be shipped with freight charges prepaid. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Sales Tax Information

If required by law, Exit 15 will add sales tax to your order. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered in the state on New York.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Exit 15 reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Exit 15 reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require identity or payment verifications or additional information before accepting any order.

Policy on Children

Exit 15 Corporation does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Exit15.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
