Melatonin a hormone is released by the pineal gland, reaching its peak at night to help maintain tissues in a youthful state of health. Suitable for vegetarians and HYPOALLERGENIC:

contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy, or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Dosage and Use

One tablet at bedtime; one-half tablet may be sufficient for some people.

Do not take more than one tablet daily unless recommended by your physician.
