Can I add color to my CraftSource Resin?
Yes, our resin mixes beautifully with most dyes, pigments, alcohol inks, and paints for gorgeous color effects that won't dull over time. Please note that adding more than 3-7% pigment may affect the chemical process.

What objects can I embed with CraftSource Resin?
Almost anything! Flowers, photographs, bottlecaps, coins, shells, etc. can all be molded with top-notch results. Check out our Instruction Guide for tips on how to prepare your materials so that any moisture/air bubbles will not affect your crystal-clear finish.

Is CraftSource Resin heat-proof?
Our resin is heat-resistant, but not heat-proof. You can put a cup of hot coffee on a resin coaster, but it may warp slightly at temperatures above 120-140 ℉.

Is CraftSource Resin for outdoor use?
Our formula is highly durable and UV resistant, but all epoxies may yellow with long term exposure to sunlight. Consider adding a UV resistant acrylic topcoat for an extra layer of protection.

Is CraftSource Resin food-contact safe?
Yes! When cured, our resin is 100% non-toxic and safe to use on ceramics, coasters, cutting boards, tumblers, countertops and other items in the kitchen.
