Bench plane blades are 7.5 inches long and are 2.0 inches wide. The bench plane blades are fully hardened cutting iron and manufactured from selected steel to take and hold a razor sharp edge even on hardest woods. The blades will need to be sharpened as they are only beveled with an accurate ground edge of 25º
