At RA's we take great care in the production of our 100% Certified Organic mushroom logs. In fact, we are the only farm in the United States producing its own 100% Certified Organic and Kosher Certified mushroom logs. We sustainably source local long island hard wood, grind and carefully mix the wood chips with the necessary nutrients and age each log to ensure growth of the highest quality shiitake mushrooms.

At 16 inches long, our shiitake mushroom logs are the largest and most plentiful mushroom logs available. The first round of growth will produce about 8 to 10 oz. of mushrooms.
