Abilitations Tridget Series 2 Bulb Tracker - 5 inches Long - Set of 3
Abilitations Tridget Series 2 Bulb Tracker - 5 inches Long - Set of 3
Abilitations two-handed fidget set provides sensory input to help improve focus and concentration. Each fidget has two clear, squeezable chambers filled with colored balls and connected by a channel to offer tactile stimulation and ocular tracking. Playing with the fidget helps to strengthen hands, coordinate body sides, and encourage sequencing and rhythmicity. Each toy contains different colored balls with one yellow tracker ball, and has different percentages of fill denseness for versatile use: blue-30 percent, green-60 percent, and purple-90 percent. Some individuals with reduced hand strength and/or visual motor skills may prefer the 30 or 60-percent filled toys; some older children or individuals who require more heavy work input may prefer the 90-percent filled toy. The fidget makes a popping sound as the tracker ball passes from one chamber to the other for auditory input. The toy’s exterior and enclosed balls are made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, with a non-toxic silicone gel filling for safer use. PVC plastic is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength, resisting reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Silicone is a nonreactive and flexible polymer that is resistant to high temperatures. The toy has a loop for attaching to a key chain. The fidget is latex-free for people with latex allergies, and measures 5.0”/13.0cm (L). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The set includes an activity guide and a material safety data sheet (MSDS) for product information, and may be suitable for some children on the autism spectrum or who have fidgeting issues, and for special needs, early childhood, and elementary learning environments.
Special needs products are designed to help improve sensory processing, positioning and mobility, fine motor, and language and communication skills for students with learning challenges. Fine motor products can help individuals improve fine motor skills (hand dexterity), eye-hand coordination, handwriting, self-help skills, such as dressing, and focus and concentration.
